Mendota Group GRID programs are available either in Southern California Edison Company (SCE) or San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E®) service territories. SCE and SDG&E® contracted with Mendota Group, LLC (Mendota Group) to implement these energy efficiency programs and to report the resulting energy and demand savings to the utilities. Neither SCE nor SDG&E recommend, endorse, qualify, guarantee or make any representations or warranties regarding the services, work, quality, financial stability or performance of Mendota Group or any of the Aggregators, subcontractors, or equipment installers participating in the programs, or any products or services provided in association with the programs. Prior to entering into a Customer Agreement, customers should thoroughly review the Agreement’s terms and conditions so they are fully informed of their rights and obligations, and should perform their own research and due diligence and obtain multiple bids or quotes when seeking a contractor to perform work of any type. Neither of the utilities is a party to, or a guarantor of, the Customer Agreement, has any contractual obligation, directly or indirectly, to the customer, or is liable for any actions or inactions of Mendota Group, or the Aggregators, subcontractors, or equipment installers participating in the programs or manufacturer of product(s) purchased. Incentive rates and program availability are both subject to change.
